Website information and enquiries

The website introduces our solar installation, products and support services. It does not provide an online checkout or accept payments. An enquiry, WhatsApp message or prepared email is a request for contact, not a confirmed order, installation booking or financing approval.

The survey form submits your details to our CRM. A confirmation indicates that the enquiry was accepted; it does not confirm an appointment or order. If receipt cannot be confirmed, contact us before submitting again.

Please provide accurate information and only contact details you are authorised to use. Do not use the website to send unlawful content, impersonate another person or interfere with the service.

Free site surveys

You can request a free site survey. The team must coordinate and confirm the visit with you; submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date. A survey helps assess site conditions, available space, electricity usage and system suitability. Requesting a survey does not oblige you to purchase a system.

Recommendations, prices and orders

System capacity, equipment, installation scope and price depend on your property and requirements. General website descriptions are not a property-specific quotation or a guarantee of savings, generation, backup duration or payback.

Before placing an order, obtain a written quotation covering equipment, installation work, applicable taxes, exclusions, payment stages and any quotation validity period. Do not treat a website enquiry as acceptance of a price or commercial commitment.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

No payment is collected through this website. Before paying for products or installation, obtain written confirmation of the payee, amount, payment schedule and cancellation/refund terms for the proposed order.

These website terms do not impose a standard advance percentage, cancellation charge or “no refund” rule. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us with its quotation or order reference. The applicable agreement and consumer law determine the outcome; this page does not override them.

Installation schedules and site access

An installation date must be confirmed for the specific project. Site readiness, safe access, equipment availability and required approvals can affect scheduling. Discuss these requirements and any proposed change with the team before work begins.

Subsidy, net-metering and system performance

Assistance with eligible residential subsidy and applicable net-metering processes does not guarantee approval, payment or a processing date. Current scheme rules and decisions of the relevant authorities or electricity provider apply.

Actual solar generation and savings depend on factors including shading, weather, equipment, system design, consumption and tariffs. A standard on-grid system does not provide power-cut backup; backup requires an appropriately designed system.

Warranty and after-sales services

Obtain the applicable product and installation warranty terms in writing before ordering, including the provider, period, scope, exclusions and claim process. This website does not create a uniform warranty for all equipment or installations.

Maintenance, repairs, cleaning and AMC services are available for enquiry. Do not assume they are included free with an installation unless your written agreement says so. Contact us with the system details and any relevant invoice or warranty document when requesting support.

Images, links and privacy

Solar installation images are illustrative and are not proof of a particular completed project. Product availability and specifications should be confirmed for the item you intend to buy.

Website content and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Questions, disputes and updates

Contact us using the details below if information is unclear or you have a service complaint. Include the relevant enquiry or order reference so we can review the issue.

Applicable Indian law governs these website terms. Nothing here excludes statutory consumer rights, legally available remedies or access to the appropriate consumer forum or court. Updates to this page do not retrospectively change an existing signed agreement.
